BBF Fielding Ltd were commissioned by Insinger de Beaufort Bank to assist them in the relocation of their UK Headquarters to 131 Finsbury Pavement, London. The project involved the refurbishment of two floors of an existing office building for the banks use.
The brief required the provision of Offices, Dealing Areas, a Board Room, Meeting Rooms, Welfare Facilities, Reception Area and ancillary accommodation.
The Practice was employed as a ‘one stop shop’ supplying multi disciplinary professional services including Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Planning Supervision, Structural Engineering, M&E and IT Consultancies.
Working in close collaboration with the client and main contractor we successfully delivered an integrated relocation without any interruption of the banks operation.
