The project, located at Blandford Camp, Wiltshire, involved the construction of a new Land Systems Reference Centre for the Ministry of Defence. It was part of a turnkey project, undertaken by British Telecommunications plc for the MoD.
The works included the construction of new offices, test laboratories and vehicle garaging facilities, together with extensive hardstandings and landscaping.
The practice was commissioned by BT to provide architectural services, aimed at extending the facility and linking it with a new entrance area and circulation core.
The work was undertaken in a high security environment to provide key support facilities to the armed forces.
