The scope of the project included an extension to create an extended kitchen, together with full internal remodelling and refurbishment to create a family house.
Externally the extension blends with the existing using traditional building materials, the porch was reconstructed together with rebuilding of the patio, retaining walls and steps around the dwelling.
A second phase was undertaken to refurbish the existing outdoor swimming pool, the construction of a garden room / pavilion, housing the pool plant, garden bar and changing facilities.
Adjacent to this a Tennis Court was constructed.
